UCAN College Fair

It is our pleasure to invite our students to the upcoming U-Can Go to College 20th Annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Recruitment Fair. It will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019, from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM at Cajon High School. This is a free event.

On behalf of the Board of Education and Cabinet of the San Bernardino City Unified School District, we encourage our parents to make sure their child(ren) participate(s) in this event, which gives students the opportunity to meet in person with college recruiters from across the United States. Students may be able to receive fee waivers to cover the costs of college application fees. Some students may receive college admission on the spot and can qualify for scholarships.

The colleges and universities that will be in attendance are dedicated to helping students achieve academic success and fulfill educational goals. Recruiters from as many as 40 different HBCUs, representing hundreds of majors and professional degrees, are waiting to meet your scholar. Please tell your student(s) to bring several copies of his or her current transcripts and SAT/ACT test scores, if available.
